


Gadolinium Gallium Garnet (GGG), Substituted Gadolinium Gallium Garnet (SGGG) and Neodymium Gallium Garnet (NGG) are used as substrates for liquid epitaxy. The lattice parameter of our crystals is well controlled and the surface polish finishing is of the highest quality, allowing a perfect epitaxy.
We can offer crystals with a large variety of compositions with a very homogeneous and well-controlled lattice parameter in large diameters up to 4’’. Crystals of larger dimensions are also available for specific applications like cryogenic ones.
We have a large industrial capacity available and we can provide unique pieces as well as thousands of wafers.
